To whom it may concern:

   It is very important to me and for the good of california that
CARB fund the BioFuel Oasis biodiesel fueling station grant in
Berkeley. 

California is leading the nation for alternative fuels, but
without reputable and accessible outlets to purchase these fuels,
demand cannot be generated. Biofuel Oasis is the only business at
which to purchase biodiesel at a public pump IN THE BAY AREA.

The new location will be more accessible.

The use of biodiesel results in lower CO2 and other GG emissions.

Biofuel Oasis uses recycled vegetable oils - lowering energy and
resources required to make fuel, thereby also greatly reducing
amounts of GG emissions in CA.

I use approximately 30 gallons of biodiesel per month.
