| Comment | Please fund the grant for the BioFuel Oasis. They are an important resource for Californians in the bay area. They are the only public biodiesel station in bay area. They are successful and reliable but need additional resources to grow and better serve the community. Additionally, the fact that that they are small, locally owned by women is of additional value to California. Finally, the fact that they primarily used recycled vegetable oil provides a an important example in recycling and developing alternative to petroleum fuels.
