I understand the hot button with alcohol fuels, but in the long
term, diesel will offer a better solution to BTU/Lb and at least
an equal in the pollution area to the alcohol fuels.  Europe is
moving to dieesel, and given the coal and bio-derived oils that
can be made into a "diesel" fuel I feel you should be offering
support to that sector in equal levels.  In as much as a leader in
that area has been in business for some time I think you should
offer some support to the Bio Fuel Osis group in Berkely as they
try to make the biodiesel product easier to use.

ADM Corp does not need your support as much as the biodiesel
industry.  After all, ADM got California rice straw excluded in
the federal support bills for alcohol fuel produstion.
