I am a general contractor in Oakland. I operate two diesel vehicles
in my company. I use biodiesel from Biofuel Oasis for my diesel
truck and car.

Biofuel Oasis is an extarordinary business in our community. They
attract customers from a wide geographic range who are dedicated
enough to wait in long lines at odd hours just to buy the fuel.
Something of a community has grown up around this company, and it
is serving to magnify awareness of the benefits of biodiesel and
to get more and more people to stop burning petro diesel.

If Biofuel Oasis can get their new location up and running it will
make them much more available to the public, will make their
products far more visible, and it will make my own purchasing so
much easier. 

I enthusiastically recommend that CARB provide full funding for
their business.
