It has come to my attention that the ten sites you are currently
considering funding are all ethanol sites.  Easy accessibility to
bio-diesel in the Bay Area is non existent.  Berkeley Biofuel
Oasis's plan to create a pump site that will be available 7 days a
week from 7am to midnight will substantially improve this
situation.

Biodiesel has the advantage of not requiring the development of
new vehicles.  Indeed many vehicles in Berkeley are already
utilizing biodiesel, and easier accessibility to fuel would in all
probability increase this.  In contrast, there are relatively few
vehicles equipped to handle ethanol.

I hope you will carefully consider the advantages of funding this
extremely meritorious project.
