It is very important that Biofuel Oasis of Berkeley California
recieve this funding.  As a proponent of alternative energy, I run
my diesel vehicles on biodiesel.  Biofuel Oasis is the only public
fueling station around.  They need this funding to upgrade to a
more user friendly station.  Their current station is hard to find
and their hours are not always convenient.  The extra funding would
change all of this and make the station more accessible to others.
