Hi,

My name is Patrick Kennedy and I am writing on behalf of Biofuels
Oasis and their application for funding.  While I fully support
alternative fueling options for all types of vehicles (gas,
diesel, hybrids, etc.) there is currently a shortage of options
for biodiesel fueling in the Bay Area.  Biofuel Oasis is a great
local business.  With their new location near the busy I-80 they
will be able to service customers from in and around the Bay Area.
 In addition to the reduction of emissions from fueling dieel
compression ignition engines with biodiesel, supporting Biofuels
Oasis is also a great way to support our local economy.  I don't
know how many diesel engines there are on the roads her in
California, however, in the coming years there will be more and
more diesel engines available in passenger cars for sale within
the U.S. in the very near future.  Biofules Oasis has a great
track record of customer service and appreciation.  Now would be a
great time to aid in the growth of their local business.
