Hello members of the Board,
 I am one of the owners of the BioFuel Oasis.  This 100K could
make world of difference.  Our project is strongly backed by
professors at UC Berkeley's Energy and Resource Group and the
Mayor of Berkeley, Tom Bates.

  After 2 years of looking we have secured a new location in
Berkeley - an old gas station at 1441 Ashby @ Sacramento and will
be moving there in the
fall. This funding will allow our new location to be more
accessible and convenient with hours from 7 a.m to midnight.

BioFuel Oasis has a successful record of supplying
biodiesel for over 3 years and is the only place to
buy biodiesel at a public pump in the Bay Area.
The new location will make biodiesel much more
accessible, not only to the Bay Area, but to travelers
on the busy I-80 corridor.
We are a small, locally-owned and
women-owned business with the money staying in the
state and local community.
We strive to get biodiesel made as locally as possible
from recycled vegetable oil.  For the past year, all
the biodiesel we've sold has been made in California
from recycled vegetable oil.
The use of biodiesel translates into lower carbon
dioxide/greenhouse gas emissions and lower
particulates, which means cleaner air and less global
warming.
