Dear CARB members, 

This is a request to fund the Biofuel Oasis for expansion of their
biodiesel retail station.  The Biofuel Oasis is a wonderful example
of a small business that serves the Bay Area with the only clean,
renewable, sustainable biodiesel fuel.  The Biofuel Oasis has a
sucessful track record for delivering on promises to provide an
alternative to petroleum based fuel.  More the owners of the
Biofuel Oasis have established their station to promote improved
air quality and curb global warming.  Granting their funding
requests means that the East Bay and San Francisco will have
improved access to 99% recycled biodiesel around the clock.
