Hello,
Oasis provides a wonderful timely service not otherwise available
in the bay area.  More  importantly, the new station will provide
service to many more off the I-80.  Biodiesel is a recycled
produce, also reducing green house gasses.  No additional resource
for creating the fuel, such as using fertile land, will be needed. 
Also this is a woman owned business who funnel the profits back
into the community.  I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO FUND OASIS.
