Comment	I hope you will fund the grant to open the bio Diesel fueling station in Berkeley. Using Bio Diesel made from recycled vegetable oil in my two diesel powered cars reduces green house gas and saves burning Petroleum. There is a real need to have a convient place to buy Bio Diesel in the East Bay. Thank-you, Nick Lines
