Dear CARB,

I am a citizen and California taxpayer and I have lived in Oakland
all my life.  I have been using biodiesel for the last 3 years as a
way to lessen my negative environmental impact and support local
business. Biofuel Oasis is the only place in the East Bay to get
biodiesel fuel.  They have been an exemplary business that I
depend on every week to fill up my tank.  The news that they would
be opening a new location with increased hours sent ripples of
excitement through my community.  I urge you to prioritize the
support for this locally owned cooperatively run and high
successful business.  They sell fuel to a thriving, growing
community of drivers committed to creating alternatives to oil
based gas and are perfect candidates for your program.  Thank
you.
