To whom it may concern:

Because the Biofuel Oasis is the only alternative fueling station
in the Bay Area, they are overwhelmed with business-- too much
business for the small, one-pump location that they currently
have. There is often a line of ten vehicles waiting to fill up
with biodiesel at any particular time. It is important that they
receive the funding to allow them to move to a larger, more
accessable and convenient location in order to provide alternative
fuel to their ever-growing customer base. Currently I believe that
many people choose to fuel up with regular diesel to avoid the
long lines at the Biofuel Oasis' single pump. Because diesel
vehicles contribute the most to air pollution, I urge you to grant
these women the funding they need to serve the diesel vehicle
owners of the Bay Area.
