I am writing to urge you you to fund Biofuels Oasis move to a new
facility in Berkeley.  As a business owner and resident of
Berkeley, I can say that we desperately need a Biofuel pump
station.  The property they have chosen is perfect.  Centrally
located and on a good corner.  They are a great group that really
cares about providing alternative fuels and reducing pollution. 
They are dedicated and your money will be extremely well spent.  I
have purchased over 1000 gallons from them in the last year for my
diesel trucks and loader for my landscape business, even thought
it is very inconvenient at the monent.  Just the thought of them
at that location that is so visible would send a great message to
everyone that alternative fuels are an option.  Please fund them.
