To Whom it May Concern,

I want to urge you to consider Biofuel Oasis as part of your
funding allocation.  They are an amazing business that has made
biodiesel possible for our community.  This woman owned business
was started by people who just wanted to make a difference. They
each continue to sacrifice to help make the biodiesel community
possible in the Berkeley area.  We finally have a large enough
community for them to take the leap to a real station (up until
now the loyal customers have to wait sometimes 30 minutes to fuel
up with the one pump inside a garage).  This community will grow
leaps and bounds once this new station is open with extended
hours.  I have people ask me all the time how to go biodiesel. 
This is a booming movement that is not going back in time - but
big oil wants nothing to do with it.  Without this group of
dedicated women - we wouldn't all be able to make the huge
difference we do by driving on recycled vegetable oil.  This is
the kind of business that can make a huge difference.  This is a
community that gets a lot of coverage for our bold moves and
California needs to support the amazing work these women have done
to make this happen so far.  

Everyone in our community is buzzing with excitement about this
project.  Please help us realize our dream of having a real
biodiesel station.  Recycling used cooking oil right here in
California for the people of California...this is the kind of
business we all need to see succeed.
