I am writing to urge the Resource Board to spend just a little bit
more of the allocated $25 million in grant money for this very
important project. 

While ethanol is a worthy place to spend money, supporting
biodiesel is also an essential part of cleaning up California
transportation emissions. The Biofuel Oasis is the only supplier
of biodiesel in the Bay Area. Their new proposed location would
make biodiesel accessible to shipping corridors along I-80. The
new  hours would also make their product more available to
customers in the area already committed to biodiesel. 

In addition to being a small local business that is owned by
women, Biofuel Oasis is committed to supplying the most
sustainable biodiesel, namely fuel that is produced locally and
from recycled plant oils.  

Please grant Biofuel Oasis the $100k they need to continue their
fine work.
