  A quick note of support for the grant application of the Biofuel
Oasis.  The oasis is the major access point for biodiesel purchase
for the east bay community -- and membership in the Oasis has grown
almost exponentially since they began service over three years ago.
 The funding will support a move to a new location which will help
serve their consistently growing clientele even better.
  The Oasis is also, in this time of evaluation of biofuels and
their energy cost/benefit ratios, committed to selling only
biodiesel made from recycled vegetable oil.  As you likely know,
biofuel made from recycled oil is the most environmentally
responsible and energy positive fuel; the Oasis' continued support
of fuels made in this manner is one of their most impressive (and
energy and planet-conscious) features.  
  I hope you'll fund their operations and continued work.  They
provide a significant service to a large (and ever-growing number)
of biodiesel drivers.  In times like these, folks dedicated to
helping spread energy-responsible fuels deserve as much support as
possible.
