Dear Chairman Sawyer & Members of the California Air Resources
Board,

We need to implement the strictest emissions stantdards to ensure
the health and well-being of our communities. Without the CARB
commitment to this end, any measures passed or voted on are
meaningless for the better good. Without holding businesses and
industry to the highest standards we are holding ourselves hostage
to poor air quality and illnesses as consequences.

We need to:
-Reduce diesel emissions from heavy-duty trucks;
- Require ports to provide shore-side electrification to vessels;
- Require cement factories to use energy more efficiently.
- Provide Firm Deadlines and Commitments for Measures Contained in
Tables 2 & 3
