As you all convene this meeting think about what you are doing by
even enforcing any of the requirements!  Someone with some real
sense needs to step up and try to abolish this bill!  The pollution
levels this state has imposed is nothing more than a rouse to tax
the poor more and provide no means to correct the issue.  Look at
satellite pictures as the pollutant problem is far reaching outside
of the California borders internationally!  Our pollution problem
is the trade winds blowing it in from the western coast from
foreign nations building the goods and recycling our trash!  Stop
the importing of all the goods and bring industry back to the
United States, than regulate pollutants coming from our own
services!  Placing restrictions, high use fees and ridiculous fines
on local business is not the answer!  You say people of color are
hardest hit, you are racist in even bringing that up!  This should
be about American Citizens period!
