RadTech is a non-profit organization representing businesses in
North America that are involved in UV/EB/LED technology.  Our
processes are super compliant, all electric and considered Best
Available Control Technology.  Currently, our organization has been
told by South Coast Air Quality Management District that we are not
eligible to hold a seat on the Community Steering Committees for
AB617 even though businesses in the AB617 communities are members
of our association.  Many business owners, especially small
businesses, do not have the ability to leave their businesses to
participate in agency meetings and they rely on organizations such
as ours to be their voice.  We respectfully ask that CARB allow
business groups the opportunity to serve on the CSCs on behalf of
the members we represent.  Regards,
