SubjectAB617 mobile monitoring of larger area

AB617 is great empowering communities giving tools to residents.
However it misses an important aspect that residents move around
and exposure happens across all areas people live in whether it is
AB617 communities or not. 
There is a technology and software that can enable mobile
monitoring whole city or even whole state at low cost. I encourage
agencies to consider monitoring AB617 communities and beyond so
that monitoring can be translated to actual exposure to CA
residents.
