My name is Robina Suwol and I am the executive director of
California Safe Schools, a children's environmental health and
environmental justice
coalition founded in 1998.

We appreciate the speakers and dedicated efforts made by the Chair,
Boardmembers, staff and especially Deldi Reyes presentation made
today.

We would like to stress the importance of CARB continuing to
identify the types
of stationery sources with public health concerns that have been
excluded from
criteria pollutants and toxic emissions and bring the program up to
date surrounding toxics released today not just a list created 20
years ago.

We have previously tested requesting Pesticides please be included,
and we again are requesting again that they be added. We also
request the phase out of
Chrome 6 and Formaldehyde, and to develop tools to evaluate and
mitigate cumulative impacts. Thank you.
