Comment	Dear Carb Members, Your present plan is too little too late. We are seeing the effects of climate change now and need to act now working to eliminate fossil fuels immediately with a deadline of 2035. Instead of sending rebates to all drivers so they can drive more, that money could be invested in public (maybe free) transportation.
