Comment	We simply can not go zero emissions anytime soon because there isn't any places that allow us to charge a semi.what will happen is there won't be any imports/exports being moved and that will result in the economy failure.Also the range on the Electric Semi simply doesn't allow me as a driver out of the Central Vally to drive all the way to the PORT OF OAKLAND and back I would need to stop somewhere to charge that will effect my Hours of Service.This law will simply destroy all of trucking jobs and livelihood for anyone doing port work.
