Comment	My name is Colin Wilhelm with Lightning eMotors. I just wanted to take the time to say first thank you to the State of California and the ARB in your commitment and worldwide leadership to moving the medium and heavy duty fleet electrification equation Forward. At Lightning we understand that there are public questions regarding this transition. However, our vehicles, with over 3 million miles on the road, the majority of which are California small fleets have proven that EV fleets are commercially available for small and large fleets alike.
