| Comment | Dear Chair Randolph and CARB Board members, On behalf of Ceres and our coalition partners, I respectfully submit public comment on the draft Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) regulation. Our diverse coalition of major businesses, institutions, employers, and investors strongly support an ambitious ACF regulation that accelerates electric vehicle deployment at the pace and scale that the climate and public health crises demand.
