| Comment | A strong ACF rule implements a zero-emission purchase requirement for fleets of medium and heavy-duty trucks and would set targets for 100% electric vehicle (EV) sales by 2036, addressing a huge source of Californian pollution and be a large step towards a more equitable and just future for all. I urge CARB to take comprehensive and strong action to adopt the strongest possible ACF rule! |
