Comment	Dear Sir or Madam, I understand that the ARBER system for drayage truck will no longer be active starting 1/1/2023. Meanwhile the proposed legistration states that all drayage trucks added to CARB’s Online System must be a ZEV beginning 1/1/2024. Does it mean that we will still be able to add non-ZEV drayage trucks (for example, diesel) onto TRUCRS between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2023? Please kindly advise. Thank you. Regards, Vicki Ng
