| Comment | I am Kathryn Wild, resident of San Diego. Written below are my comments on board item act19. Not only are we on the veritable edge of environmental collapse because of petroleum based energy, but in light of new research from Harvard that connects COVID-19 mortality to long-term exposure to air pollution, it is past time to shift heavy polluters to zero emissions. The American public expects you to pass a strong Advanced Clean Truck rule along with other transportation regulations that promote a zero-emissions future. |
