| Comment | I support the proposed Advanced Clean Trucks rule that mandates 30 percent of heavy-duty trucks sold to be electric, zero-emission vehicles by 2033. In addition to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving air quality and public health in vulnerable communities, adoption of the rule will incentivize and accelerate battery development that will boost EV adoption across the nation. This is an area where California must lead. |
