| Subject | Urge CARB to adopt a 30% Advanced Clean Truck Rule! |
| Comment | Dear CARB Board Members - I am writing today to express my STRONG support for a robust Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) rule that requires that by 2030, at least 30% of the new trucks on California's roads to be electric, zero emissions vehicles. California must continue to lead the nation in the fight for Clean Air and a reduction in Greenhouse Gas Emissions. CA currently leads the nation in NOx emissions. This is unacceptable! When California adopts this standard to speed the transition to a clean, renewable energy truck fleet, other states will quickly follow our lead. As the world's Sixth largest economy, California MUST set the tempo for the rest of the nation. Please adopt an ACT Rule that requires at least 30% of new trucks to be electric, zero emission vehicles. Thank you! Brian Haberly |
