| Comment | I oppose the rule and every other misguided CARB electric quota. Electric cars are not a public benefit, they are neutral as they don't pollute. What needs to be done is for polluting trucks/cars to be taxed and or regulated to reduce emissions including by getting older noncompliant vehicles off the road. Inflexible mandates are costly, ignore other possible solutions such as natural gas trucks, and do not solve the problem they purport to. Thanks, Joshua Blumenkopf |
