To whom this comment concerns,

Hello, my name is Elby Chali and I am a student at UCR. I'm writing
about the trucks in the Inland Empire that are contaminating the
air. There has been racism discrimination over the years. Although
on the other hand, we are happy to see the CATB Ahas improved
respiratory systems are more at risk of living their day to day
lives. Now is more timely than ever to create a change as early as
possible. I ask you to please come up with policies that benefit
the people and not the private sectors.
