I want to express my opposition to this act as currently proposed.
Its' impact on the health (financial and other) aspects of all of
California. We are very dependent on the economic benefits that our
current transportation methods provide. To make such severe changes
without clear and concise understanding of the collateral damage
that this act may inflict is inexcusable. You really need to
re-examine what your professed goal with this type of legislative
action is. 
Additionally, you should be ashamed of yourselves in the funds
spent on your new "palace" which surely could have provided far
more benefit to the people of California if used in a more
respectful manner. It appears you, without what I consider proper
oversight, have simply ignored what most of us believe you should
be doing. That is, DOING THE PEOPLES WORK!
Please take these comments, again as my STRONG opposition to act
2019 and I hope you will come to your senses and rethink this
posturing.
