| Comment | I am a citizen of California commenting in support of this rule. We must do whatever we can to mitigate the effects of climate change and to reduce pollution, especially in climate justice communities. This issue is deeply important to me as a mother of a small child who must grow up in a world dramatically changed by global heating. |
