 Have you never read Health and Safety Code 43150 which states; "
The Legislature finds and declares that the people of this state,
in order to achieve the purposes of this part, have a special
interest in ensuring that only those motor vehicles and new motor
vehicle engines which meet the states stringent emission standards
and test procedure, which have been certified pursuant to this
chapter, are used and registered in this state. THE LEGISLATURE
ALSO FINDS AND DECLARES THAT THIS SPECIAL INTEREST MUST BE
PROTECTED IN A MANNER WHICH WILL NOT UNDULY AND UNREASONABLY
INFRINGE UPON THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS STATE AND OTHER
STATES TO TRAVEL AND DO BUSINESS INTERESTATE."

The Legislature has clearly spoken their intent about regulation of
vehicles in California. Thus any regulation put forth by CARB in
the ACF and the ACC runs contrary to West Virginia vs. EPA. 2022.

Governor Newsom violated the Constitution in banning gas cars and
trucks by implementing Executive order 79-20.

Vote NO on the Advanced Clean Fleet. Revoke and Rescind the
Advanced Clean Cars II.
