| Comment | Dear Board, I am a lifetime Bakersfield, CA resident and I truly love my City and State, but I am concerned about the quality of the air I breath here in the Valley. I feel that more drivers should be opting to drive emission free cars. Our Valley is only going to grow and more cars and trucks to follow. Whatever the board can do to reduce emissions will helpful for myself, family and friends here in Bakersfield and the Valley. I am currently in the process of purchasing a hybred/plug-in vehicle and keeping the rebate program going for these vehicles is a motivating for me and I would think for many to purchase and drive these clean running cars.
