Just read an article on sacbee where the LAO criticized your lack
of "a clear strategy" and "specificity" regarding our air quality
targets.  

Just wanted to throw out one option, which I've emailed to our
senators and congressmen as well, we should be the first state to
proactively push for and legislate remote work.  Less cars on the
street should help with our air quality.

I know Gavin Newsome has already pushed for the public sector to do
more work from home but there should be rules, policies, and
incentives for private companies as well.

The more folks I can get on board with this the better.
