| Comment | The proposed new rules from carb are going to close the door on fishing for me.. i can't afford a big nice fishing vessel , so I go on the salmon and rock fishing boats from the San Francisco Bay Area.. your new regulations will make it too expensive for me to go.. not to mention the sports fishing captains won't be able to afford the new equipment and will just shut down.. please rethink another solution..
