I have enjoyed fishing our coast for years.  I use to own my own
ship but decided to use the charter ship industry to cut down on
fuel and subsequent harm to the shoreline.

The charter fleet helped consolidate many individual fishermen.

The proposed regulation will kill our enjoyment and force many to
go back to wasteful and selfish navigation.
