| Comment | This bill will negatively affect public access to California's natural resources (fishing, whale watching & eco tourism) with minimal positive impact to the environment. The number of boats affected is so small in the big picture that this legislation is flawed. Please respect the wishes of the public and eliminate this legislation. |
