| Comment | The regulations that you are pursuing will kill sport fishing and I know that you are looking at ways to go after private boats as well. please do not pass those rules as the technology does not exist to comply on the existing boats. New boats cost $5,000,000+ to build to comply and the res make the boats less safe because of the weight of the new motors and the way they would have to be placed in the hull. Regards, Dave Watson |
