Please I'm asking you to not pass Newsom's bill. This bill would
destroy tourism, which we thrive on.  Whale watching and fishing
would be a thing of the past because tourists wouldn't be able to
afford it with the prices that would be necessary to maintain these
types of boats. 

Myself and my girlfriends have taken fishing trips occasionally to
fish on these boats, and we enjoy it so much.  We won't be able to
afford twice the price tickets, especially now during Covid.  My
brother goes out on the overnight trips and he loves sport fishing.
It's not just tourists you are affecting, and punishing...  it's
the state of California, and the people within it.
