In 1999 my parents moved my family to the San Diego area and
shortly afterwards I began fishing half and 3/4 day trips out of
H&M and Fisherman's landing. Some of my best times came from those
trips. I now live in Washington state and annually fly down to fish
for bluefin tuna on the same fleet, albeit, longer trips. Please
consider the impact these regulations would have on the future of a
crucial part of San Diego, the future of fishing access to kids
that can't afford a boat and the memories that will be
unattainable. Don't destroy CA fishing.
