Please do not over regulate the sport fishing, diving, whale
watching and general cruise boats to chase a "pie in the sky" clean
air mandate. Requiring major changes at this time that would
sideline most of the recreational /commercial boats is not
reasonable or productive. The diesel fuel is much cleaner that it
used to be, so requiring major changes to the engines on these
commercial and recreation related boats is not necessary at this
time.  

Please concentrate on the ridiculous fire suppression policies of
"let it burn" that is spewing hundreds of thousands of tons of
pollutants into the air with each wildfire that has been burning.
