| Comment | Hello, I am a San Diego native that has enjoyed fishing from our locate sportfishing fleet over my lifetime. This amendment would harm the sportfishing fleet which is a very small part of the overall ocean vessels that work in our coastal waters. There must be a compromise that can be worked out when the technology does not exist for these vessel.
