| Comment | As a long time recreational fisherman (both fresh and salt water) I am extremely upset and bothered by the CARB's continued assault on the little guys. Recreational sports fishing boats are the only way people like me can afford to go fishing on the ocean. I consider the proposed regulation to be a direct assault on one of the few affordable recreational activities left in California. I would suggest the Board regulate the drive through Starbuck lines with 25-30 idling autos then rather than the sportfishing industry. |
