| Comment | Due to health reasons the one protein I eat are the fish I catch. I'm a 59 year old women who provides my family and with the fish I catch. By your new requirements for boats leaves people like me without the opportunity to fish offshore for the larger species. We all know multiple business's will be destroyed under this new law. I live in a harbor city and don't want my neighbors to lose their means of income. the changes you are requiring are extremely cost prohibitive to everyone involved.
