| Comment | I am not in support with the new regulations for tier 4 diesel engines. There are no engines being made that will fit into my charter boat at this time. Asking for something that does not exist doesn't seem right. Right now my vessel is being re-powered with tier 3 motors which are the cleanest on the market at this time, |
