Hello,

I have been avid fisherman for over 40 years. This new regulation
will drive our access to Sportfishing away. At this time it is my
understanding their is no economical way to reduce emissions that
Sportfishing fishing boat are emitting right. These sport boats
employ many people. It will close all of fishing tackle stores in
California. Make fresh fish more expensive. The food service
industry will not be able sell food supplies to boat for fishermen
to be able to eat meal on the boat. 

I'm not a person who has a great paying job. I watch my pennies to
be able to take these fishing trip. This regulation will just take
away a sport that I like.

I'm all for reducing the emissions but when it makes good sense and
risk people's livelihood. Please wait until there is a devise that
will allow these boat owner to install this devise to reduce the
emission.
